Delta's new service between Sydney and Los Angeles will operate as follows:

* Delta Air Lines will change the schedule for DL16 from Sydney to Los Angeles and DL17 from Los Angeles to Sydney from September 6 to December 8, 2009, due to a required maintenance check for the B777-200LR aircraft. DL16 will operate 6 days a week except Tuesday and DL17 except Sunday. Following the completion of the three-month maintenance check, both flights will return to daily service.
