Terms and Conditions:

1. Team captains and teammates must be WorldPerks members. If not currently a member, captain and teammates can enroll and receive an account number at nwa.com or by calling 1-800-225-2525. There is no cost to join.
2. Team captains and teammates must be at least 18 years old and have a WorldPerks mailing address in the United States or Canada.
3. Teammates must be WorldPerks members who have not earned WorldPerks miles for travel since January 1, 2006. This requirement does not apply to team captains.
4. Travel agents are prohibited from registering for this promotion and are not eligible for Bonus Miles awarded through this promotion.
5. United States residents are eligible for both Bonus Miles and prizes awarded through this promotion. Canada residents are eligible for Bonus Miles only.
6. THIS OFFER IS NOT RETROACTIVE. Participants may be registered only once for this promotion, either as a captain or a teammate. Captains must register themselves and teammates at nwa.com/greatrace prior to qualifying travel, but not later than May 15, 2008. Team captain must register at least one (1), but no more than three (3) teammates in this promotion. In the case of multiple registrations of the same teammate, the teammate will be assigned to the team captain who enrolls the teammate first. Northwest is not responsible for any malfunctions associated with the web registration process that result in late registration or incomplete information.
7. Qualifying travel must be a roundtrip flight, purchased after registration and completed no later than May 31, 2008, and on paid, published fares on Northwest-operated flights or NW-designated flights operated by Pinnacle, Mesaba, Compass, KLM or KLM Cityhopper only ("Qualifying Travel"). If any part of the travel itinerary is on another airline, none of the travel will qualify for this promotion. On a single day, a maximum of one trip is permitted toward qualification in this offer. As a trip is travel based on an initial origin to a final destination, continuing flights scheduled within four (4) hours on domestic itineraries (24 hours on international itineraries) are considered connections and will be counted as a part of a single roundtrip regardless of the number of tickets issued.
8. Team Flight Miles are based on the Qualifying Travel of the team captain and teammates and are equal to the total regular WorldPerks flight miles earned for this travel. For example, if the team captain's regular flight miles total 2,500 and a teammate's regular flight miles total 3,000, the Team Flight Miles will total 5,500. In the case of a single team member completing more than 12,500 miles of Qualifying Travel, that participant's contribution to Team Flight Miles will be capped at 12,500 miles when determining eligibility for Bonus Miles. This cap does not apply when determining eligibility for prizes.
9. Only participants with Qualifying Travel are eligible for team Bonus Miles. Additionally, captain will not earn team Bonus Miles unless at least one teammate completes Qualifying Travel. Each eligible team member will receive team Bonus Miles based on the total Team Flight Miles accumulated at the end of the promotion as follows: 1,500 team Bonus Miles for 2,500 Team Flight Miles, 3,000 team Bonus Miles for 5,000 Team Flight Miles, 9,000 team Bonus Miles for 15,000 Team Flight Miles, 15,000 team Bonus Miles for 20,000 Team Flight Miles, 20,000 team Bonus Miles for 25,000 Team Flight Miles.
10. Team captain will earn an additional 500 Bonus Miles for each teammate's first qualifying roundtrip flight. Captains do not earn Bonus Miles for their own first flight.
11. Prizes will be awarded to the three teams with the highest uncapped Team Flight Miles. Only team members with Qualifying Travel are eligible for prizes. Each eligible member of a winning team will win a prize. First prize is an LG 47" LCD HDTV valued at $2,600. Second prize is a Wii Game Kit valued at $450. Third prize is an iPod Classic valued at $249. Eligible members of the team with the highest uncapped Team Flight Miles will win the first prize. Eligible members of the team with the second highest uncapped Team Flight Miles will win the second prize. Eligible members of the team with the third highest uncapped Team Flight Miles will win the third prize. In case of a tie, the team that qualified for a particular prize earliest in the promotion will win the prize. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes that apply.
12. Participants must claim WorldPerks flight miles using account number registered for this promotion on qualifying trip to be eligible for Bonus Miles and prizes. Bonus Miles from this promotion are in addition to regular credited flight miles, class of service bonus, and Elite tier Bonus Miles. Approximate credited flight miles can be determined using the Mileage Calculator. Bonus Miles do not count toward Elite qualification. Bonus Miles will be posted to WorldPerks member's account within four weeks after completion of the promotion on May 31, 2008 and will be treated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the WorldPerks program.
13. Flights qualifying for Bonus Miles for this promotion may not be used to earn points or Bonus Miles in any other promotion.
14. Bonus Miles determined to have been credited in error will be revoked.
15. All WorldPerks account discrepancies related to Qualifying Travel must be resolved by June 30, 2008. Prizes will be awarded based on uncapped Team Flight Miles as of July 1, 2008.
16. Additional restrictions may apply. Northwest is the final authority on interpretation of these rules.
17. Offer void where prohibited.
