Northwest E-Ticket customers may check in for their flight on nwa.com between 24 hours and 30 minutes* prior to the scheduled departure time.  nwa.com check-in is available for worldwide travel including:

• Flights within, to and from the 50 United States, Canada, Mexico¹, Caribbean¹, Asia² and Europe³
• Our SkyTeam partners handle check-in for some flights departing from Mexico¹ and Europe³.  Begin check-in on nwa.com and you will be redirected to the appropriate web site to continue check-in.
• Flights within and from Europe on KLM⁴ -  Check in here
• Flights within and from Europe on Air France⁴ -  Check in here
• Flights operated by Delta Air Lines -  Check in here

¹Mexico and Caribbean – Northwest flights from Mexico as well as Bermuda, Nassau, Bahamas and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic will be redirected to delta.com.
² Asia - Minimum check in time for flight departures from Asia is 3 hours.
³ Europe - Northwest flights from Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London (Heathrow) and Mumbai will be redirected to klm.com. Northwest flights from Paris will be redirected to airfrance.com.
⁴ Check-in on nwa.com for KLM departures from Chicago (O’Hare), Los Angeles, New York (Kennedy), San Francisco and Washington D.C. (Dulles) to Amsterdam and for Air France departures from Detroit to Paris.  Check-in on delta.com for KLM departures from Atlanta, Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston (Intercontinental).

nwa.com check-in can be used to:

• Check in and fax your boarding pass to a designated location
• Check in and receive an E-Boarding Pass
• Check in only (print documents at the airport Self-service Check in Kiosk)  
• Add/Update your Frequent Flyer number 
• Obtain your SkyMiles Medallion complimentary First Class upgrade
• Change your seats
• Purchase a Coach Choice seat
