- Fares do not include fuel surcharges, passenger facility charges and any applicable taxes.
- Travel must begin and end in China.

- Changes are permitted subject to a rebooking fee of RMB500 for travel to Japan, RMB1,500 for travel to the U.S. / Canada. - Cancellation is not permitted. Tickets are non-refundable and miles can be redeposited to member's account for USD50.00.
- Partially used tickets are non-refundable and miles will not be redeposited to member's account.
