Summer Luggage Handler/Equipment Services Employee

College students will earn up to $1,250 in tuition assistance in addition to your hourly rate and great travel privileges for you and your parents!

Northwest Airlines Airport Operations has a number of opportunities for college students to work as luggage handlers (ESEs) during their summer and winter breaks.

Enrollment in a two year or four year college program is required. In addition, students must meet all qualifications for the luggage handler position (ESE).

College Student Program:

$1,000 in tuition assistance after completion of summer break

$250 in tuition assistance after completion of winter break

$9.09 per hour starting pay rate

Flight privileges during school term

Paid training provided
