• Refund Requests
  Northwest Airlines' Customer Refunds department processes claims for completely unused or partially used tickets for flights on Northwest.

  E-Ticket refund requests can be submitted to the Refunds & Exchanges section of www.nwa.com where additional helpful refund information can also be located.

  Refund requests for paper tickets must include all original Northwest tickets and documents, along with copies of any supporting documentation and should be mailed to:
