Luggage Tracking

We apologize if you have experienced a delay in receiving your luggage. It is our firm commitment to deliver our customers bags as quickly and safely as possible. Please refer to the following if your luggage has been delayed on a Northwest Airlines flight.

• If you have filed a Lost Luggage Claim
  1. You may track your delayed luggage online by clicking here and entering the file reference number provided by the airport personnel who assisted you with your claim. 
  2. For NWA flights only, you may also call toll free at 800-745-9798 and enter the file reference number provided by the airport personnel who assisted you with your claim.

• If you have not filed a Delayed Luggage Claim
  1. Please contact your nearest airport Luggage Service Office. Offices are generally staffed during flight arrivals and hours listed. Your call is important to us. If luggage service office agents are busy assisting other customers and are unable to answer your call, you will be prompted to leave a message on the answering machine.

Please note: We are only able to track delayed luggage on Northwest flights and KLM North American flights. For luggage delayed on our other alliance partners, please contact the appropriate airline directly.  Click here to see a list of our airline partners.
