Online Exchange of a Northwest E-Ticket
To change your reservation and exchange an E-Ticket on nwa.com, go to Manage My Reservations, enter the reservation information. From the Reservation Details page, select one of the following desired links:

• Change itinerary (reschedule flights)
• WorldPerks mileage upgrades
• E-First Upgrades

If these options do not appear, your reservation may not be eligible for changes. To change your flights:

• Select the flights you would like to change or cancel
• Enter the new date and/or departure/arrival city. You may add or reduce the number of flights in your reservation
• Review your old and new itinerary for accuracy then, click continue 

You may view your options however, the reservation will not be changed until after you enter your contact and billing information and confirm the exchange.

Northwest E-Ticket

• The cost of changing an existing E-Ticket depends on fare rules of the original ticket, availability and applicable fare of new itinerary
• Change fees may apply to non-refundable fares
• No additional processing fees are charged for the online ticket exchange transaction
• All flights must contain a Northwest Airlines or KLM Royal Dutch Airlines flight number. Flights may be operated by any alliance carrier
• The name on a ticket may not be changed. All tickets are non-transferable

WorldPerks Award E-Ticket

• Additional fees may apply for changes to your award reservations. Review these details
• Your flights may be marketed and/or operated by Northwest Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Air France, Alaska Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, and Hawaiian Airlines
• Your new itinerary may result in either an additional or lower tax amount and/or WorldPerks miles
• The lowest applicable mileage fare will be applied

Electronic Credit Voucher or Miscellaneous Charge Order
If you want to apply a Northwest Airlines Electronic Credit Voucher (ECV) or Miscellaneous Charge Order (MCO) towards the purchase of a new ticket, please visit our online booking product or contact Northwest Reservations at 1-800-225-2525 to arrange your trip. For Award Travel Reservation, contact WorldPerks Service Center at 1-800-447-3757.
