Both Northwest Electronic Credit Voucher and NWA Extras are credit values stored in an electronic database at Northwest Airlines.

Electronic Credit Vouchers

Credit vouchers may be valid for one of the following:

• Specific dollar value toward the purchase of an airline ticket OR
• Free ticket OR
• WorldPerks Bonus Miles

Usually credit vouchers are stored by WorldPerks number. These credit vouchers can be viewed online at nwa.com. Occasionally we are not able to store credit vouchers by WorldPerks number, to view these you will need to enter your voucher number after you are logged into your WorldPerks account. If you are not a WorldPerks member you can get information about your credit voucher by contacting Northwest Airlines Reservations. Electronic Credit Vouchers are redeemable on nwa.com.

• View your Electronic Credit Vouchers (ECV's) by logging in with your WorldPerks Account number and PIN. If you're not a member enroll in WorldPerks now and still view your ECV's.
• Review the terms and conditions of Electronic Credit Vouchers.
• Get answers to frequently asked questions about Electronic Credit Vouchers, including how to redeem your vouchers.

  • To redeem a WorldPerks Bonus Miles ECV, you must view your Electronic Credit Vouchers first.

• Free ticket OR
• Upgrade OR
• Percent off a fare OR
