Both Northwest Electronic Credit Voucher and NWA Extras are credit values stored in an electronic database at Northwest Airlines.
Electronic Credit Vouchers
Credit vouchers may be valid for one of the following:
- Specific dollar value toward the purchase of an airline ticket OR
- Free ticket OR
- SkyMiles bonus miles
Usually credit vouchers are stored by SkyMiles number. These credit vouchers can be viewed online at nwa.com. Occasionally we are not able to store credit vouchers by SkyMiles number, to view these you will need to enter your voucher number after you are logged into your SkyMiles account. If you are not a SkyMiles member you can get information about your credit voucher by contacting Northwest Airlines Reservations. Electronic Credit Vouchers are redeemable on nwa.com.
- View your Electronic Credit Vouchers (ECV's) by logging in with your SkyMiles Account number and PIN. If you're not a member enroll in the SkyMiles program now and still view your ECV's.

NWA Extras are valid for one of the following:
- Specific dollar value toward the purchase of an airline ticket OR
- Free ticket OR
- Upgrade OR
- Percent off a fare OR
- Dollars off a fare
- View NWA Extras associated with your SkyMiles account number.
