PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MEMBERSHIP TERM

• The 2008 WorldPerks Elite program year runs from March 1, 2008, to February 28, 2009.
• Qualification for the 2009 program year runs from January 1, 2008, to December 31, 2008.

Your Elite membership is valid from the date your account is upgraded to Platinum Elite, Gold Elite or Silver Elite through February 28, 2010.

MEMBERSHIP CARD
Your WorldPerks Platinum Elite, Gold Elite or Silver Elite membership card is the property of Northwest Airlines. The card must be surrendered upon request. Elite membership is not transferable. The WorldPerks Elite membership card may be used only by the person named on the card and is not transferable. Fraudulent use of the card will result in termination of WorldPerks Elite membership and/or WorldPerks membership.

PROGRAM RULES
Northwest may change the WorldPerks program rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation or mileage levels, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of mileage already accumulated. Failure to comply with the WorldPerks policies and procedures may result in cancellation of WorldPerks Elite membership status and forfeiture of accrued mileage. Award travel is capacity controlled. Travel to prime destinations during peak periods may require the PerkPassSM Award to secure seats.

So that we can continue to maintain the integrity of the WorldPerks program, we will investigate all accounts that we believe violate the WorldPerks terms and conditions, our Contract of Carriage or fare tariffs. This includes hidden-city routing, back-to-back ticketing, point-beyond ticketing, throw-away ticketing, and violation of WorldClubs membership rules. Accounts with infractions will be subject to appropriate penalties or deductions, including but not limited to revocation of Elite status, termination of account and forfeiture of miles.

The 2009 WorldPerks Elite program, commencing on March 1, 2009, may not necessarily include all the benefits contained herein.
