The New MilesAbove®
Welcome to the new MilesAbove! There are a number of changes that have been made to the program that will improve your MilesAbove experience. A few of the enhancements includes:
- ability to create administrative profiles for others that assist you with your company or organization’s program
- tiered pricing based on volume purchase
- a more reliable and robust application
- personalize Marketing Library, providing access to Northwest logos & graphics
- automatic notification to recipient of your award when an email address is provided
- and more
Login
If you have an approved MilesAbove, you must use your existing User ID and Password to login. If this is the first login since June 7, 2007, please type both the User ID and Password in upper case.
Once you’re logged into the MilesAbove web site, you will be prompted to change your Password and provide an answer to a security question. Subsequent logins should be in the same letter case used on your newly created Password.
These additional steps are required for the initial login and are security steps to protect your MilesAbove account. Please keep your login information is a secure location that you might refer to in the future if needed.
Change of Web Address
The MilesAbove URL has changed. When you are on the MilesAbove login page, we suggest you bookmark the page for easy reference in the future. You will want to remove any previous MilesAbove links you may bookmarked in your Favorites list.
Terms & Conditions
The next WorldPerks miles purchase made will require you to review the new Terms & Conditions. We suggest printing the Terms & Conditions for your records.
