Program Terms and Conditions

• This limited-time offer is available through December 31, 2008.
• E-certificates will be delivered to the member's e-mail address on file with nwa.com within 24 hours of order.
• The E-certificate may only be redeemed with NWA WorldVacations and is not valid for redemption through Northwest Airlines or its web site, www.nwa.com.
• Mileage redeposits are not allowed once E-certificate is purchased with miles.
• E-certificates may not be combined with any other offer, including, but not limited to, combining with other E-certificates.
• E-certificates are only available to WorldPerks members residing in the United States or Canada.
• E-certificates have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash at any time.
• Quantities of E-certificates are limited. WorldPerks may impose limits on the number of E-certificates available per member.

• Purchase any WorldVacations air and hotel; air, hotel and car rental; air and car rental; or hotel only package from any WorldVacations origin city to any WorldVacations destination between June 1, 2008 - August 24, 2009, for travel through August 31, 2009.
• At time of reservation, you must refer to E-certificate.
• E-certificate is valid towards all fares (subject to availability) on reservations that include a minimum of one flight on Northwest Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines and/or KLM Royal Dutch Airlines; reservations that include only flights on other airlines do not qualify. The hotel discount is based on the standard room charges of each of the participating hotels in.
• E-certificate is $75, $150, or $250 per eligible component based on the E-certificate value you received.
• Maximum discount is $75, $150, or $250 per booking based on the E-certificate value you received.
• E-certificate is taken off the base price. Taxes, fuel surcharges, customs and security fees, September 11th Security Fee, Passenger Facility Charges, and other fees may apply and are additional.
• Only one E-certificate can be used per booking. E-certificate is not valid with Ski packages, other discounts or special status fares (such as companion, agency/industry discount, Mileage Saver Vacation, free or award tickets, web fares, senior fares, or child rates); for groups of 20 or more; and is not retroactive.
• E-certificate may not be used to purchase gift cards.
• Any unused portion of the E-certificate will not be refunded, and cannot be used towards another booking or another service component.
• Must be purchased via www.nwaworldvacations.com, through a professional travel agent via www.worldagentdirect.com, or direct through WorldVacations at 1-800-800-1504, and is not valid if purchased through Northwest Airlines or its web site, www.nwa.com.
• The E-certificate may only be redeemed with NWA WorldVacations and is not valid for redemption through Northwest Airlines or its web site, www.nwa.com.
• E-certificate will recalculate if modifications are made to the booking.
• No refunds will be issued toward offer. Offer has no cash value. Offer void if qualifying booking is cancelled.
• Programs and availability may vary. WorldVacations air reservations may be made up to 352 days in advance of flight departure.
• MLT Vacations must issue all airline tickets.
• Standard Terms and Conditions apply and are outlined in MLT Vacations brochures; other restrictions may apply.
• MLT Vacations is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
• Participation in WorldPerks is subject to the terms and conditions of the WorldPerks program located at nwa.com/worldperks.
• Please allow 6-8 weeks for WorldPerks miles to be posted to your WorldPerks account.
• WorldPerks Bonus Miles and Elite Mileage Bonus do not count toward Elite qualification.
• Elite Qualifying Miles are subject to the WorldPerks Elite program terms and conditions located at nwa.com/elite.
